NAI Harcourts Hamilton have expanded and introduced commercial property management services to their established commercial real estate business.
“The timing is right to introduce this new service. This is something we have been considering for a while, but it has always been about finding the right person” says Mike Neale, Managing Director at NAI Harcourts. “We have an established commercial real estate business and this is a logical next step that we can offer our clients and the market going forward”.
Heading up the commercial property management division will be Greg Wills. Greg’s previous role was with Kiwi Property Group at Centre Place, managing both the shopping centre and adjoining commercial property for the past 11 years. Greg’s background in the property industry spans 15 years in both retail and commercial property management in both Wellington and Hamilton.
“We’re very pleased to have Greg joining the NAI Harcourts team as he brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and is well known to the local business community” says Mike Neale.
Greg has also been involved with the Hamilton Central Business Association since its inception as both a board member and Chairman of the Hamilton Central Business Association for the past four years. Greg is also a member of the Waikato Property Council and has been a past executive member.
Greg’s previous background as an accountant gives him exceptional attention to detail, but further allows for a hands on role liaising with a multitude of stakeholders. He has exceptional communicative ability with public speaking, addressing Boards, and remaining calm and rational in often stressful situations. He is well respected among the business community, and is often asked for his opinion on various property and business related situations. Greg never looks for blame, only solutions, is very approachable to everyone and is regarded as a leader within the business community.
